First Hawaiian Bank has released their annual analysis for the Maui economy going forward and here are the key findings:

This week the activity level across the market has rapidly increased. More listings are coming to market, and the number of showings being requested has surged dramatically. Two clients of ours have received offers this week from prospective buyers.
